Visit https://www.motaword.com/register and select the option to register as a translator. Follow the registration steps and complete the vetting process. Once you've finished, we will review your application and, if successful, invite you to an onboarding call.
To become a MotaWord proofreader, focus on providing consistent, high-quality translations. We regularly monitor translator contributions through TQS (Translator Quality Score), and those who demonstrate exceptional accuracy and reliability may be invited to join our team of proofreaders. If your work meets our standards over time, we will reach out to you directly with further details.
For certified translation projects, we will reach out to you and share details with you. Let us know from the chat if you have any questions regarding the USCIS certified translation projects.
Each project has a different payment term indicated under the project details with a set rate. Payments will be automatically sent via PayPal, 15 business days after project completion for most projects, with a $25 minimum. You do not need to send us any invoices.
Currently, only automated payment option available is PayPal, however, if you reside in a county which PayPal isn’t supported, we offer ProzPay option.
